After the construction of the Relais Walker hotel, there was just a parking lot with about 50 open air parking spaces.

Construction of the first parking garage with below ground parking (35 protected parking spaces) and upper level parking (45 open air parking spaces).

Installation of a modern barrier system by the Designa company.

Start of planning to expand the park by 1-2 storeys and to move the entrance.

Autumn, handed in application for planning permission.

March, building permit granted by the municipality and the canton. Project could not be funded.

New plans drawn up with provision for the new starting position.

Detailed planning for the demolition of the old parking garage and the construction of 230 new parking spaces.

Demolition of old parking garage commencement 15 May 2015.
