Is it possible to buy parking spaces?

What is the maximum height allowed for vehicles?
The maximum height allowed is 2.30 meters.
Can I pay my parking charges in Euro?
Yes, our pay machine accepts Swiss francs, Euros and all major credit cards.
How late is the parking garage open?
The parking deck is open 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
Can I also park hourly?
Yes, you can park hourly.
What’s the maximum parking time allowed?
You can park for as long as you want. The short-term parking spaces should only be used for 1-2 hours!
Is there a discount for frequent parking?
With the reloadable prepaid card you can park 10% cheaper than the normal price. For CHF (Swiss francs) 200.00 you get a value of CHF (Swiss francs) 220.00.
Prepaid cards are available through us.
Liability
The use of the Parking Aletsch GmbH parking deck is at your own risk.
Parking Aletsch GmbH is not responsible for any damage or loss of items left in the vehicle. Parking Aletsch GmbH is of course liable for any damages that fall under the legal liability law. As users of the Parking Atetsch GmbH parking garage, you are liable for any damage you cause.
Who do I contact if there is a problem?
You can reach us at 079 629 85 10 during the day. If necessary, you can contact us by pressing a button at the pay machine or at the entrance and exit stations accordingly.
Can I park my car at 1:00 in the morning?
Yes, the parking garage is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Is the parking garage guarded?
Yes, it is monitored by video and routinely patrolled by staff.
I would like to know with whom my acquaintance drove into the parking garage. Will you give me information or show me the video?
No. We do not share any such information or videos unless it is an official police investigation under judicial order.
Parking tax per week / reduction
The parking tax for one week is calculated by a non broken duration of stay. Then day 7 is without charge.
When you leave the car park in the meantime, you will lose reduction.
In case you'd like to move in and out during your duration of stay, please inform us for that we can prepare a parking ticket for that.
The parking tax then has to be payed on arrival.
